Salt + Light’s Founder and CEO, Adrianne Hillman, is a lifelong resident of Tulare County. She was raised in the rural dairy community of Tipton and graduated from College of the Sequoias and California State University, Fresno. She is married to her husband, Scot, and stays active raising her three teenage sons. Adrianne is deeply committed to her community, having served on several boards and organizations over the years. Prior to starting Salt + Light, she practiced as a life coach, speaker and founder of the empowerment brand, Do It Afraid™️. In 2022, she was honored as Tulare County Lions Clubs Humanitarian of the Year and Soroptomist of Visalia’s Ruby Award. In 2023, Adrianne was honored as Remarkable Woman of the Year for Central California, which is a direct reflection of her commitment to serving others and changing the landscape of Tulare County. In her spare time, she loves to read, cook, sing for her church’s worship team, and practice yoga.
