"Water Management in Inyo County"
For the past eighteen years, Bob Harrington has worked on water issues for Inyo County, first as staff hydrologist and then as Water Director. The focus of this work has been on joint management of the City of Los Angeles's water exportation from Inyo County. He holds a Masters of Science in Hydrology/Hydrogeology from the University of Nevada and a Doctorate in Hydrology from the University of Arizona. Mr. Harrington was born and raised in California's Bay Area and moved to the Eastern Sierra in 1978.
